1. Order Processing & Turnaround Times

Same-Day Printing & Shipping:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CST) on a business day will ship out the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Standard Turnaround:
- If same-day shipping is not possible (due to volume or supply), your order will ship within 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations

United States: All 50 states, including APO/FPO addresses.
Canada: International shipping rates and times may vary.

3. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days)
- Estimated delivery time after shipment is 5–7 business days.
- Available for most U.S. locations.
FedEx 2 Day Air (2–3 Business Days)
- Faster delivery option for time-sensitive orders.
- Rates calculated at checkout based on your location.
Overnight Shipping (1–2 Business Days)
- Best for urgent orders requiring next-day or 2-day delivery.
- Rates calculated at checkout based on location and carrier.

Important: Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time. We do our best to ensure your package arrives on time, but we cannot guarantee carrier delays or lost packages once they leave our facility.

4. Potential Shipping Delays

Delays in shipping may occur due to:

High Order Volume (peak seasons, promotions, holidays)
Carrier Delays (inclement weather, system outages)
Incorrect Shipping Information provided at checkout
Customs (for Canadian shipments)

5. Tracking Your Order

Tracking Numbers:
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier’s system to activate/update your tracking link.
Missing Tracking Information:
- If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us with your name, email, and order number at txteedesign@gmail.com.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Address Verification:
- Please confirm your shipping address before finalizing your order.
- We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
Returned to Sender:
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to a corrected address at the customer’s expense.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:
- If you suspect your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
- If you need additional help, email us at txteedesign@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist in locating your package.
Damaged in Transit:
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Carbon-Neutral Shipping (Optional)

We are continually exploring eco-friendly shipping solutions, including Shopify Planet or other carbon offset programs. While we cannot guarantee a fully carbon-neutral process at this time, we remain committed to reducing our environmental impact.
