Print-Only Service

This listing is for banner printing only. Design services are not included.

Customers must upload a completed, print-ready design when placing their order. Please create your artwork based on the finished banner size you are purchasing.

Your file must be high resolution and ready to print. We will resize the uploaded design in our professional print software to match the finished banner dimensions.

Canva Design Sizes

Because Canva only allows designs up to approximately 83 inches wide, create your artwork using the proportional dimensions below:

1' x 8' banner: Create at 10" x 80"

1' x 9' banner: Create at 9" x 81"

1' x 10' banner: Create at 8" x 80"

These dimensions maintain the correct proportions for the finished banner.

Important Design Safe Area

Please keep all important information at least 1 inch away from the top and bottom edges of the finished banner. This includes:

Logos

Social media handles

Phone numbers

Website addresses

QR codes

Important text or design elements

Grommets are installed along the banner edges and may interfere with artwork placed too close to the top or bottom. Keeping important elements inside the safe area will help prevent them from being covered or punctured.

When creating a downsized Canva file, keep the same proportional safe area:

10" x 80" Canva file: Keep important elements approximately 0.83" from the top and bottom.

9" x 81" Canva file: Keep important elements approximately 0.75" from the top and bottom.

8" x 80" Canva file: Keep important elements approximately 0.67" from the top and bottom.

Material and Finishing

Each banner is printed on matte canvas material for a professional, non-glossy appearance.

Your finished banner includes:

Hemmed edges for added strength and durability

Grommets for easy hanging

Protective sealant applied to the printed surface

File Requirements

Please upload a:

High-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF

Clear and print-ready design

File created in the correct proportion

Design with readable text and high-quality logos

Screenshots and low-resolution images are not recommended because they may print blurry or pixelated.

Important Artwork Policy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork before uploading, including:

Spelling

Phone numbers and contact information

Social media handles

Website addresses

Logo quality

Image resolution

Design placement

Safe-area spacing

Selected banner size

We do not design, recreate, edit, proofread, or correct uploaded artwork. Your file will be printed as submitted.

Colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on a phone, tablet, or computer screen.

Before Ordering

Please confirm that:

You selected the correct banner size

Your artwork matches the correct proportions

Your file is high resolution

Important elements are kept away from the top and bottom edges

All text and information are correct

Your design is ready to print

Processing & Shipping:

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for designing, printing, and shipping your order. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping:

• • We ship via USPS First Class (estimated delivery: 7-10 business days).
  • You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped.
  • Priority Mail and Priority Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Address Confirmation:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses. If you notice any issues with the address after ordering, let us know immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot issue remakes or refunds for incorrect addresses once the order is processed.

Refunds & Returns:

Since all items are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. If your package is undeliverable, please file a claim directly with USPS.

Please note, once your package is submitted to the post office, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. If you would like added protection, you have the option to purchase shipping insurance for your order at checkout.
