**MATERIALS**
We use high-quality DTF on all garments.
Shirts is a unisex gildan softstyle. Solid colors are 100%cotton and  Heather material :mixture between polyester and cotton



**SIZING**
• The unisex t-shirts are true to size. Relaxed fit for ladies and they can order one size smaller for a further slim fit.

• We provide size charts in each listing. Always check your size before placing order. We cannot do a refund or exchange if incorrect size is ordered.

• The best way to ensure correct size is to measure a shirt that currently fits well and comparing it to our size chart that are included on each listing.



**DESIGN COLORS**
• The text color will be white for this design.
• Due to monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears online.
• Please feel free to message us if you have any questions or concerns.



**PROCESSING TIME**
• Please allow us 7 to 10 business days for designing, printing and pressing.

• Business days means Monday- Friday.
• Processing time doesn’t include shipping time.

• We use poly bag for packaging.
• Packages are shipped via USPS First Class (Est. delivery time 7-10 business days)
• Tracking number will be provided.
• Upgrading to Priority mail and Priority Express shipping is available at check out.
• An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
• Please note that we do not ship on the weekends.
• Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
• Shipping times are estimates by USPS and are not guaranteed. Please note that USPS guarantees overnight shipping method, ONLY.
• We will ship the items to Etsy Address.
• We will not be responsible from non- delivered items.
We kindly remind you that once we drop off your package in USPS facility, we will have no control over the package anymore. Therefore, we will not responsible for items delayed by USPS and will not issue refund for items not received by a certain date. If you experience any issue with your package, please contact your local USPS facility.
***please be sure to verify the address before placing order. My shop creates shipping labels based on address provided during the order. If for some reason address is wrong please send message immediately after order is placed. Sometimes orders are completed within a day and shipped. Unfortunately there will be no remakes or refunds for the wrong shipping address provided by buyer.

• Because all items are made just for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. However, We will refund or replace the item ASAP if there is a mistake on our part.

👉CARE INSTRUCTIONS👈
Wash inside-out in warm water with similar colors using a gentle cycle
• Only non-chlorine bleach.
• Tumble dry low or lay flat (recommended)
• Medium iron.
• Do not iron decoration directly. Place a thin cotton fabric on decoration and iron without steam on low heat.
• Do not dry clean.
